East Court Residence is a courtyard-centric urban home designed within a dense fabric where conventional setbacks are limited. An internal central courtyard forms the heart of the house, ensuring natural light, ventilation, and spatial clarity. The courtyard is anchored by an east-facing Pooja room, serving as a spiritual focal point and privacy buffer between living and kitchen spaces. A glass opening above the Pooja allows direct sunlight , enhancing the sacred ambience and reinforcing auspicious orientation. The open kitchen and dining are organised around the courtyard to maintain visual continuity and openness. The residence includes four thoughtfully planned bedrooms, each tailored for comfort, privacy, and efficient use of space. Overall, the design showcases compact urban living transformed through cultural sensitivity and intelligent planning.
